Is this wrong? http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/nut-and-seed-products/3115/2 says it contains fiber, but @Stephen 4 angrily insists it doesn't. Anyone want to take a shot at breaking the tie with some real data? (more)

When I use canned coconut milk I basically just use the creamy part and toss the watery part because it's kind of disgusting/carby to me. Why is the water from fresh coconut or straight up coconut water you buy so much sweeter? Thanks!

I know you can drink the liquid inside young coconuts, but what about the liquid that comes inside a coconut with a hard, brown shell. Is that good to drink too? If it is drinkable, is it beneficial? How?
