Meh. Just eat liver and fatty fish weekly. Get some sun and a cheap and decent D3 supplement like Carlsons Solar D Gems to get to an optimal blood level.

Horrible experience with Fermented cod liver oil, Capsules from Green Pasture. Started with 2, and within one hour itchy skin and soon after, Flushed red face covered in rash, Eczema like. Still haven't cleared up from it yet!

nordic naturals has a VERY mild taste. it's way more tolerable than green pastures- that's for sure.

I am really enjoying these wild alaskan pacific frozen cod filets I got from costco. What is the omega-3 content in these like? Is this a good choice to eat for dinner 3-4 nights per week? Is this a very nutritious fish?

I've tried them all and cinnamon is the best and even that's not so great. After a while, you just get used to it. I wash it down quickly with warm herbal tea.

My local store stocks Icelandic canned cod liver. It is canned in its own oil, with 1% salt added. It is reasonably priced. The taste is OK, in moderation. Can anyone comment on this product and how it compares with cod liver oil?
