@CD - Note that the darker your skin is, the more sun you need for vitamin D production, due to melanin antagonizing the process. The sun is a harsh mistress to black appartment-dwellers. :(

If you are looking for the additional value of vitamin K2, then the butter oil blend is likely your best choice. Fermented cod liver oil on its own may have some K2 value, but with the butter oil added, the K2 value is higher. Butter oil is not... (more)

Eat beef Liver for vit A. Cut it into small cubes, freeze, and swallow whole if you don't like the taste. Personally I would not suppliment synthetic vit A.
