It will freeze a little, but that is not a problem, in fact it is often used as a way to extend shelf life and reduce the fishy flavor. So don't worry about it.

FCLO is definitely expensive, but I have seen a big improvement in my skin, and my teeth feel really clean all the time. I'm going to keep using it.

The RDA is not sufficient--it's just enough to prevent disease for some people--and definitely not enough for optimum health for ttc or growing a baby. I don't recommend CLO to my clients, unless they can't eat liver or dairy. The ratio of A to... (more)

I was sick today so I supplemented about 50,000 IUs. We'll see if I'm alive tomorrow.Toxicity general doesn't typically start until 100,000 IUs and seems to be dependent on vitamin D status.
