A local kombucha brewery just launched their first coffee kombucha...They use coffee in place of the green tea. What is your guys' take on this? Would you try it? Isn't coffee essentially phytic acid juice?

I love coffee, and believe there are healthful benefits in coffee, but not sure how I'd like sour tasting coffee. It would be worth a taste.
