Like any addiction, there are going to be withdrawal symptoms. When I cut out diet soda I also cut out coffee so I had increased appetite as well as the headaches and mess that comes with caffeine withdrawal. Ride it out and things will settle... (more)

Unless you celebrate every weekend i would say you should drink your rum with coke! Get drunk, have some fun and don??t forget the late night binge on pizza or McD??s. Rum is not paleo. People just need to find excuses and they come up with... (more)

why is something so unhealthy and addictive allowed to sponsor such an event geared at fitness and wellbeing?? i understand it all boils down to money but it just seems so stupid!!! their tag line is even "open happiness" what about "open type... (more)
