Check out GAPS diet or SCD (Specific Carb Diet). They are very similar to paleo in terms of restrictions and have helped tons of sufferers. Paleo has helped my Chrohns along with exercise, however I still have pains and cramps every now and than. (more)

Raw Milk Goat's Milk Hemp Milk -- didn't do it for me, but a vegitarian friend swears by it (even brings it to the cafe to get her latte's) Lactose-Free Milk -- probably a last resort, but if it's the lactose that's bothering you with cow's milk. (more)
