Yes, you can be non-constipated, and have effortless daily bowel movements, but with hard, dry stool.I experienced this myself recently, and found that caffeine was causing the problem.

I like to use bones from grass fed cows that have some meat on them. Ask him about the source of the dog bones, if they are from grass fed I don't see a problem. Woof.

I always go in the morning after my "Mother Tonic" is ingested. Sometimes I will move again in the late afternoon. Just depends. Also, I use a small step stool in the bathroom to bring my knees up and form a more natural position for elimination. (more)

Always take your turmeric with black pepper. I honestly would not worry too much about turmeric and hepatotoxicity. But if you're worried about it, take magnesium. Magnesium is good for the liver AND improves digestion and pooping.

I drink at-least 8 cups of water a day. I decreased my fiber cause I was eating way too much, but still hard and dry and ball like and I have to force. I just came off an oxy powder cleanse where my poop was grainy. I just dunno. (more)

95% out of 100% is that you are lacking beneficial bacteria - both lacto and bifido. Raw sauerkraut and pickles are sometimes just not enough. Stick with Paleo but definitely, definitely add some probiotics AND prebiotics. Prebiotics are even... (more)
