I agree with the above post. Just increase your magnesium citrate intake until it is no longer an issue. Magnesium is the yin to calciums yang and worst case scenario you will very relaxed.

Try some Magnesium Citrate before bed. 400-600 mg should do it. Will help with sleep & constipation. Cutting out all cheats has likely cut out any Magnesium sources (grains, for example.) This is a common problem for low carb folk. (more)

To answer your question: None of the above. Raw root vegetables (think: grated carrot), berries, fresh citrus, and leafy greens. Those are the best sources for both insoluble and soluble fiber.

i have tried terramin clay for my digestive problems, but i never noticed any benefits from it. it also didn't hurt either. just had a placebo effect. it does have a lot of minerals though so it might be good to take it anyways.
