By regularly, I mean once or twice a week. That's all I need to ensure I have 100% complete control over my eating habits. I feel so light and pure on shrooms, that I want nothing "filthy" to pollute my body. I eat a 100% healthy,... (more)

i dont see how shrooms can permantely fuck someone up. a bad trip, maybe. but nothing permanently damaging. and considering shrooms are not known for being addictive, it can't hurt to try it out every once in a while, as long as you know the... (more)

I went off the pill a little over a year ago after a 7 year stint. I have to say that the transition was really great, though my period was infrequent for the first 4-5 months, it came back and was normal after that. I did supplement vitamin D... (more)

I've been doing Paleo for 3 months and think the most important thing to give up is diet soda. I only used to have one a day but found it was more difficult to withdraw from (and more important to give up) than all of the other processed crap I... (more)

I started eating Paleo in March of 2011, a few months after having my third child. I gained 50 pounds with that pregnancy, so I definitely had some weight to lose. I had been losing weight consistently up to that point and expected that by going... (more)

Today I overeat with hazelnuts. I don't wanna throw up. I fear that the phytic acid weakens my system. Its was 200gm. This should be 7 to 8oz? Do you do anything when eating too much nuts, to stop the harmful effects?
