I'm curious if there is something that you've found yourself wishing you had to make Paleo decisions or questions or implementation or conversations easier to handle. Makes your Paleo LIFE just a little less of a hassle. I don't want to put in... (more)

To keep food on hand for my sick family member I was thinking of taking cooked bone-in chicken pieces and freezing them in small batches so they could be reheated as needed. Does anyone do this and if so is there any trick to keeping things tasty... (more)

I always use 3 sheets of plastic wraps, indivually wrapping 3 times and then put in a freezer bag squeezing out the air, will prevent freezer burn and keep fresher longer, make each wrapping tight.

One simple sub I see is to change out your chicken breasts for thighs -- better with the skin than without. Also, it's possible that the orange that you eat with your lunch is making you more hungry. Try dropping that, and see what happens. (more)

I eat them. They have like three to four ingredients max. Gluten free and 100% natural, can't see why they wouldn't be paleo. I get them at Sam's in a 18 pack box. Comes out a good bit cheaper then $1 a piece.

The is the really difficult issue. Paleo in a sense has no products and as soon as it has a "product" that is probably not then something to buy. If it's natural, free, unmade then it probably isn't for sale for much of a profit. I am not a fan... (more)
