If you can afford a vacuum sealer (typically around $150 -- the cheaper versions use thin plastic that you (a) cannot reuse and (b) can break down while boiling) then you can do this quite easy. Then you drop the kit into boiling water to reheat. (more)

Sardines. There last for months, have lots of nutrition because your eating the whole animal and lots of protein which seems to be what you're looking for.

The only real problem with it is the somewhat high levels of linoleic acid in bacon, but that's true of all pork. Nitrates are not a problem - you would get more from a stalk of celery than a pack of bacon. The rest of the ingredients are not a... (more)

I like to poach eggs in the microwave, and lower/slower works better. For mine, about a minute at 80% does the trick; at the office, 1:20 or so at 70%. At higher power and shorter time they turn rubbery on the outside and stay raw in the middle. (more)

I eat them. They have like three to four ingredients max. Gluten free and 100% natural, can't see why they wouldn't be paleo. I get them at Sam's in a 18 pack box. Comes out a good bit cheaper then $1 a piece.
