If you have a Waitrose nearby they sell packs of organic chicken livers for £2.25 - not sure of the weight but guessing around 250g? I love them for breakfast - one pack will last me about 4 servings :)

It's called Oral Allergy Syndrome. The applesauce doesn't bother you because it is cooked. The apple juice has likely been pasteurized. After a time eating lacto-Paleo, mine has gone away, probably due to reduced inflammation overall. (more)

If you have the choice of eating grass fed, do it. The benefits SO out way the small amount of fat you'll be missing out on.

I have not, but without a doubt if I were in a bind, having a house, I would start raising rabbits and buying high oleic sunflower oil. Then rice, potatoes, beans, and garden vegetables.
