Hello, good question, I cool it down at room temperature for at least 24 hours, there's no rush and yes I reuse the cheesecloths. You can find more info from the ghee experts in an Indian website.

I've had similar experiences. I would attribute it to either a change in lean body mass, i.e. more muscle tissue that could produce more heat when active or a change in brown adipose tissue which could be responsible for non-shivering heat... (more)
