am I supposed to have more zinc than copper? I've been supplementing 15 mg zinc without coppes, just assuming I'm getting the copper from my diet, but I don't wanna throw anything off balance and I don't get how they compete with each other? (more)

People forget that right next to liver in nutrition are oysters, which contain lots of zinc. Simply eat these two foods once a week (not same day), and you will be OK.
