I keep hearing lots of self-appointed nutrition "experts" saying that goats milk is better for you than cow's milk. That it's somehow less allergenic, more digestible, and closer to human breast milk. Is this true, or is this just urban myth? ... (more)

I don't know that it makes a huge difference, so I would make that decision based on which you have more readily available to you at the highest quality. This is of course assuming that your baby tolerates cow dairy, and it may be worth it to get... (more)
