I would advise you to get off the zone and stop being so calculated with your eating. Eat tons of meat, eggs, fish, and protein. Eat starchy carbs around workouts. Eat lots of veggies. You're a 17 year old male, 136 pounds is ridiculous. Eat more... (more)

I would recommend against Crossfit for an adamantly out of shape 30 year old. I'd recommend you take up swimming, biking, tennis, walking or some other physical activity to get a solid base before you jump into anything more... (more)

IMO, too much canned food. High sodium retains water. I agree also , you may be overtraining and not giving your body time to heal and it's considering itself injured and holding all calories.

sounds like you are eating very few carbs. The "stubborn belly" could be from a ton of things -- one of which is too much cortisol build-up. You may want to consider implementing more rest days to help your body heal.

Calories do seem pretty low given your stats and level of activity. Sometimes eating too little can actually stop fat loss, especially when you don't have a lot of excess fat to lose. I would increase calories for sure. Take a look at some... (more)

If you are worried about fat gain, you should get your body fat measured--caliper or bodypod if you can afford it. Scales are notoriously inaccurate--you've likely put on some nice muscle.
