I see that there seems to be many crappy ones with a lot of false reviews, I can't make up my mind and I want the best! Thanks!

"Theracurmin" is water-soluble circumin which is supposed to be more bioavailable. They apparently tested it on lab rats. No experience with it myself.

I have read a couple of Pub Med articles about the health benefits of fermented curcumin. Does anyone have any experience with this product? How does one go about fermenting curcumin?
