Yes, if you want to test your tolerance for dairy, you need to reset your body by eliminating ALL dairy for 30 days, including yogurt, kefir, milk, cream, butter, etc. Then after 30 days, you can reintroduce dairy products, 1 at a time, every 3-4... (more)
