I'm trying to lower my body fat% so which is worse, having a 1/2 cup of pistachios or having 1-2 servings of fruits a day such as a grapefruit and a pear? or is it okay to have both? (more)

I love natural calm for when I need help sleeping, but not sure I'd assume that because you're taking it every night, you're not low on magnesium. I would try another form, like unbuffered mag glycinate, for a few weeks and see if that cuts back... (more)

I have 2-3 avocados a day (seriously). I feel great. I honestly wouldn't worry about the calories, if I were you.

How fast? Not to be flip, but I think this is the right answer. If you fall off the wagon consistently or have poor compliance, then you'll never get there, or will get there temporarily and gain the weight back and even increase, with dieting... (more)
