Have you experienced any non-GI symptoms from Dairy? Please share your story. Was it from milk/cheese, or cream/butter too? Thanks, Mike

What is your opinion on what a hardcore paleo follower should eat? I'm particularly interested about the topics of canned and frozen foods, coffee, chocolate, honey and maple syrup, and dairy(especally butter).
