Will taking Centrum ProNutrients Probiotic powder packet make my stomach problems worse? The ingredients include nonfat dry milk and I'm afraid that will only upset my stomach even more b/c I quit dairy when I started paleo 2 months ago; except for a teaspoon of cream in my coffee. Im sick of these stomach problems I keep getting. I heard that probiotics will help, but is it a paleo friendly way?

btw, I use these: http://www.amazon.com/Probaclac-Traveler-Probiotic-30-Capsules--Probiotic/dp/B008HM355U/ . not the best by any means, but they are cheap, dairy, gluten and soy free (although dairy doesn't bother me). and I only need them occasionally.

Nope, never had stomach problem before starting paleo diet. That's why I'm considering just quitting altogether, but everytime I eat a small amount of grains or dairy I end up with stomach issues for 2 days. :( I feel like a prisoner to paleo!

if you are sensitive to dairy likely you will find an issue with these, there are plenty of probiotic options out there to choose from, best to select something thats 'clean' for you, and something live that needs refrigeration. Have you looked into GAPS for healing your systems? worth a looksy! I found probiotics for my stomach had to be in low quantities and build up, otherwise they always caused a reaction....

Did you have stomach problems before quitting dairy and going paleo?
