I used to have that for years. Stop using soaps and harsh cleansers (even if they aren't shampoo). Get a good co-wash. Its a cleansing conditioner. I use As I Am Coconut Cowash.

Some things to try: Coconut oil or olive oil before shampoo. Reduce the amount of baking soda you are using. I use a tablespoon to a cup of water but I think less would work. Try making sure you don't put the baking soda right on your scalp. ... (more)

Been on Paleo for about two months and it has been an absolute success for me. Lost 22 lbs, improved my cholesterol levels and I feel better. It's also cured my dandruff and my restless leg syndrome. Anyone else experience this?

It depends on what your concern is. Some people go no poo for aesthetic reasons, as the harsh surfactants in commercial shampoos aggressively strip away your scalp's natural sebum, which aggravates dry scalp dandruff and dries out the hair. Other... (more)

Fish oil helps me with my dry skin and scalp. Two capsules a day. I've also noticed that I get better results if I take the two capsules at the same time, rather than one in the morning and one at night.
