What amazes me is that dark chocolate is recommended. I really liked a brand with about 76% cocoa content. This still would contain about 23 grams of sugar in a 100gr bar. I'd eat 50 gr to 75 gr most of the time. Considering the amounts I eat,... (more)

I've worked up my tolerance over the years. I can enjoy 100% now, though I'm usually in the 85-90%. Still, it's a bit of a binge food for me. I think a bar per week is more than enough, but if I eat that much, I'll eat twice that much and then... (more)

What are your thoughts on Stevia-sweetened chocolate? I tried some today and ended up eating an entire bar (about 360 calories, whoops!). It was delicious...but is it ideal? Is it better to have like 80% dark chocolate with actual sugar in it? Or... (more)

I ate a bunch of dark chocolate (nearly 90% and 99%). I probably had about 600 calories worth. I think i just ate it too fast. Afterward I felt very sick, and the only thing that seemed to make me feel better was eating FRUIT. Why do you think... (more)

Well it turns out the next day I craved fruit STILL, and nothing else. Just sugary stuff. So I ate a small sweet potato, 3 small apples, and 3/4 of a small watermelon. Finally I felt better, but jeez, I didn't think I'd have such bad sugar... (more)
