Is it better to get all your calories in one meal so that your body isn't regularly producing insulin or does the body have trouble processing all that food at once? also, the meal in question would be low carb and high fat.

I only "fast"/starve myself if I've been especially naughty in the sweets and treats department for a day or two. I don't know why anyone would deprive themselves of some real, good food intentionally.

Been doing pretty well on the 30 day challenge, charting everything I eat. Have had NO grains, hardly any dairy, which has been minimal cheese. I am a very fit guy and carry alot of muscle. Should I just be more patient?? Help
