What you described - it happens to my tongue when I have food that contains too much MSG. Glugging water throughout the day usually solves the problem in one to two days.

Since being on the Paleo Diet (1 year now) I have become anemic and B12 deficient. Although I've lost all excess weight I am tired and have heightened anxiety. Any suggestions? I wasn't like this before the diet.

I am going to make a wild speculation that some sort of bacteria that feeds on iron is at the source of your woes. Sometimes when we go paleo, and embrace red meat, we feed those guys more than they were fed before, so they grow in population,... (more)

I know for a fact the potato diet works, because I've done 3 cycles of it in the past several months. The first time, I wasn't all that committed, lasted 5 days, lost 3lbs and cheated a little. Excited by that, I did 10 days and lost 6 lbs a few... (more)
