Put what you eat daily into Cron-O-Meter and see if you're getting enough copper. If not, then I suggest you eat liver instead-you'll get plenty of copper from it

Toothpaste & mouthwash can contribute to PD. Especially synthetic toothpaste. Try Toms or Nature's gate brands. Or make your own.
