if you have a food processor, you can also make your own with coconut flakes! super cheap, though it takes a while and never seems to reach quite the same smooth consistency as the store-bought coconut butter.

I lost 40 lbs eating chocolate regularly. Sure didn't stop me! Context is also key, though. Eating dark chocolate kept me from eating larger portions of worse things. YMMV.
