I buy xylitol gum for occasional use. You still need to read labels; even some touted as xylitol gum have crap ingredients.

@scilla I just made "cookies" using avocado, dates, almond flour, eggs, and cinnamon. That's it. And one was enough to fill me up, so I froze the rest. Now I just pop one in my mouth when I need a quick boost pre-workout, or I'm craving a "treat". (more)
