i've had this problem from my ulcerative colitis. not being able to control your bowels can be a sign of inflammation. have you seen a gastroenterologist for your problems? this isn't normal and could be a sign of something worse.

I have been eating Paleo for 5 months. Not superstrict social reasons mostly. I don't have any allergies or sensitivities to foods, but Paleo diet appealed to me. I felt fine skipping all the grains and sugar and sweets I have never liked anyway.... (more)

Magnesium can loosen your stools for sure. Consider going of it for a week and see if there is any difference.

It could be the amount of fat, that often causes issues. Since you didnt say how much fat you are consuming, this is just a guess like everyone else. Try looking at your intake and reduce it slightly each day and see if it improves. For me,... (more)
