How much fruit do you eat?

For me I eat fruit in relatively small amounts and infrequently, I mainly eat vegetables and high protein foods.

never really zero for me. But my fruit intake is much higher in spring and fall when I go picking.

I'll have one or two servings of fruit a day, depending on what's in season. Right now, I have a basket full of nectarines in my kitchen :D :D :D

I'm also a huge sucker for grapefruit - that's the only fruit I'll go completely overboard with and eat 4-5 at a time.

I usually eat one good sized fruit per day, in the morning. A juicy ripe mango or papaya :-p

I eat loads of fruit when its in season. Maybe 3-8 servings depending on the day/mood. In the winter though Mexican or southern hemisphere apples and bananas are my go-to quick carb satisfiers (. I eat plenty carbs year around (and I'm no athlete) but more in summer due to fresh local fruit availability. Winter it's mostly from squash and root crops.

Note avocados are a year round staple (but more so in summer)

For me it all depends on physical activity levels. I'm not super active so I minimize higher carb foods. If I am particularly active, I'll eat 2 or 3.

I'm in the "earn your carbs" camp. Works well for me. YMMV

Between one and three pounds. tomorrow, for example, it is going to be the hottest day of the year, I know I will eat two lbs of watermelon at least. It really varies: most of the time I have root crops in the garden or cellar, and with those I eat less fruit. But right now it is all fruits and greens, no roots. Note that avocado, zucchini, tomatoes, squash are all fruits. My go-to fruits are apples (November-May), grapefruit (May-June), watermelon (June-July), peaches (Aug-Sep), and Concord grapes (Oct.).

Zero to boatloads. It's the peak of summer here, and fruit is in season… so I'm eating it! I picked up a few pounds of stonefruit to nosh on this week.

I have a handful of raspberries or blueberries per day, and a ripe banana after long distance running.

I eat berries daily, half a cup at least, and just loaded my freezer with u-pick blueberries. But I eat bananas, peaches, apples and oranges rarely, one a week or less.
