I've put together two different mealplans, and need your opinion on which one is more "optimal". Here it goeees:

Mealplan 1:

Breakfast:

- Green tea with lemon

- Smoothie with kale, spinach, fishoil, blueberries, coconut oil and avocado

- 2 boiled eggs

- Handful of macadamis and brazil nuts

Lunch and dinner

- Fish, meat or chicken with organic veggies fried in grass fed butter

Mealplan 2

Breakfast:

- Green tea with lemon

- 3 scrambled eggs in coconut oil with red pepper and macadamianuts

- Fishoil

Lunch and dinner

- Fish, meat or chicken with organic veggies fried in grass fed butter with avocadomash

drop the fish oil and eat fish a couple of times a week.

The more "optimal" diet would be to eat varied, so menu 1 day 1, menu 2 day 2, etc.

It's impossible to judge given that you've given no information about you and your goals.

That being said, the only difference between the two "meal plans" is the breakfast is slightly different (although both ultra high fat, low carb) and you included avocado mash at lunch/dinner in one of plans. Either way both are virtually the same meal plan- ultra high fat, low carb.
