No, they're not the same as what Robb Wolf talks about. The ones he recommends includes Betaine HCL for low stomach acid, so you've pretty much have done nothing for low stomach acid. You need to listen/read more of his work and how he... (more)

source naturals makes a good digestive enzyme without any junk in it. the now foods brand has lactose in it so if that bothers you, stay away from it.
