My daughter and I both experienced pretty bad abdominal pain/ache with MCT oil, no matter how small the dose. (She was using in coffee, I was putting it in smoothies). We gave up on it and just have coconut oil instead.

I'm going to lay off walnuts and pecans for a week to see if I get positive results, I'm hoping all nuts, such as hazelnuts and macademias, aren't also a problem

Leave a nut-centric diet for squirrels. Daily nuts is probably too much. A few times a week? Probably pushing it still. Serving sizes are tiny, overeating them will very likely cause digestive problems.

I have the same problem. I think the key here is not to eat badly, or if you are going to eat 'badly' per se, make sure it won't be something that will make you suffer for days after. I never eat gluten and I had a hamburger bun over the weekend... (more)
