My daughter and I both experienced pretty bad abdominal pain/ache with MCT oil, no matter how small the dose. (She was using in coffee, I was putting it in smoothies). We gave up on it and just have coconut oil instead.

I'm going to lay off walnuts and pecans for a week to see if I get positive results, I'm hoping all nuts, such as hazelnuts and macademias, aren't also a problem

Leave a nut-centric diet for squirrels. Daily nuts is probably too much. A few times a week? Probably pushing it still. Serving sizes are tiny, overeating them will very likely cause digestive problems.

its typical for gall bladder stones to form during weight loss conditions. the pain would be located just beneath the liver. Don't blame the paleo diet for an overweight condition.
