Sweetbreads are yummy and not gross at all. They are delicious and easy to prepare: just poach in stock and then fry in tallow or lard.

In other words : if you couldn't taste, see, smell ... how would you eat to be as healthy as possible? For example, I would certainly add liver and maybe some other disgusting animal parts if I didn't have to be afraid of the texture/taste/smell... (more)
