Oh and also, I was wondering if calcification could be the cause of the damage there in the first place. I was recently told that my calcium levels are like 4 times above norm

I would encourage you to improve your diet so that you can reduce your medication. I'm not familiar with different meds so I can't comment on August's response. Use caution when eliminating meds quickly without the medical guidance.

Could be ... SIBO due to lack of vitamins. Stop abusing laxatives and magnesium. Get tested.

Completely cut out the carbs, they can be like a drug to some people. Carbs beget carbs, and so on, and so on, and so on, so give it up cold turkey, and don't wait until your vacation is over.
