I'm curious if anyone knows of a distance learning program for nutrition that supports the paleolithic philosophy of eating, even if it's not strictly paleo... Any ideas?

I also went to Nutritional THerapy Association and got a great education. Highly suggest looking into it. I've taken it Paleo. Diana Rodgers Radiance Nutritional Therapy

Hi Hut, It really depends on lots of factors: ability, speed, rest, etc....If it's taking you that long to swim a mile your stroke needs some work. Think of it as the foundation of the house: a strong straight foundation will support everything... (more)
