I wod completely at home... never been to a box... it's not hard. In fact I did FGB and got a 200+ score and I've only been woding since 2/2011 Just be creative 1) download the comprehensive body weight list.... google it with the words... (more)

Just curious if there are any other divorced parents trying to feed kids paleo. Is your ex supportive? Or do they just eat SAD when on visitation?
