iv never gotten dizzy at all do you drink alcohol much? If not, it could be the slight buzz of the alcohol depending how long you are 2nd fermenting for.

Cinnamon is the natural source of Coumadin. It's a powerful blood thinner. It also has thermogenic properties. 2 tsp is A LOT to eat at once. I remember reading somewhere that it's not a good idea to ingest more than 1 1/2 tsp a day.

Could you get a blood glucose meter and check your fasting, then before a meal, right when you feel dizzy and then an hour and 2 after? Rule out blood sugar issues (even while vlc, it can happen) then we can it down.
