What about low stomach acid? Do a search on the web about it. There's a homemade test with asking soda you can try that may give you the answer or better yet talk to your doctor about it and possible he could test you.

I want to second the recommendation for adding more salt. I had the same thing with dizziness on paleo, especially when I was super low-carbing. I have always liked salt, but had bought into the prevailing wisdom. They were wrong. Salt did the trick. (more)

The only carbs you get are from an apple and a banana, try a potato or a sweet potato and see if that helps. There's no reason to be doing low carb at your weight.

Could you get a blood glucose meter and check your fasting, then before a meal, right when you feel dizzy and then an hour and 2 after? Rule out blood sugar issues (even while vlc, it can happen) then we can it down.
