You are describing low salt and/or hydration problems. Its a common problem for VLC diets. A salty bowl of broth everyday should solve the problem. It'll take a few days and you're gonna be thirsty!

I want to second the recommendation for adding more salt. I had the same thing with dizziness on paleo, especially when I was super low-carbing. I have always liked salt, but had bought into the prevailing wisdom. They were wrong. Salt did the trick. (more)
