Usually those types of numbers are for people with known heart disease/previous heart attacks etc. Your LDL should be less than 130 and your cholesterol under 200 - but I don't buy that number. If your HDL etc are fine then I don't see a... (more)

109 is just barely above the highest recommended which is 99. For LDL, I'd take fish oil twice a day, eat salmon more, cod, etc. You can bring that down in no time.
