I want to say that Kruse recommends something like 50 grams of protein with breakfast combined with "little to no" carbs. At a mere 200 calories for half a day to a 3rd of a day's worth of fuel, that doesn't seem particularly high protein to me. ... (more)

Dr. Kruse's latest blog post mentions the problems with EMF and health. What do you think? Is using a cell phone really as bad as he thinks?

I only trust the "opinions" of AMO physicists when it comes to comments about radiation. Luckily I am one, and Kruse isn't... It's not worth worrying about and to keep my cortisol low, I won't go into my rant about it. Edited to add: Here are... (more)
