Filtered Water, mineral water, tea, coffee, raw milk if you can get it and it doesn't have bad effects, kombucha, bone broth, NorCal Margaritas, whiskey, burbon, vodka, tequila, blood of an animal you've hunted down. :)

Try some Yerba Mate. Lower caffeine than coffee, great flavor, and smooth, long-lasting buzz. Been drinking this stuff for years and I love it. Can be bought from most organic grocers now, or online from such companies as Guayaki.

You need sub 30g-50g carbs to keto it up. Full throttle is ~58g of carbs (sugar!) before you even eat food for the day.
