I don't know if this would suffice for everyone as a "replacement," but I switched over to strongly brewed dandelion root tea with personally satisfying results. For some people, decaf coffee also satisfies the urge.

i'd say it's okay to drink if you are low on carbs one day and need a little more or you are in a pinch and don't have access to any fresh foods or meat. so really, a once in a while thing. if i drink juice, i prepare it myself.
