Energy drinks are the ultimate cash cow. I really doubt they put high quality vitamins/etc. in them, because it cuts into the profit. Side note, for anything with B12 in it, take a look at the type of B-12. Vast majority of the time, you'll see... (more)

Filtered Water, mineral water, tea, coffee, raw milk if you can get it and it doesn't have bad effects, kombucha, bone broth, NorCal Margaritas, whiskey, burbon, vodka, tequila, blood of an animal you've hunted down. :)

Try some Yerba Mate. Lower caffeine than coffee, great flavor, and smooth, long-lasting buzz. Been drinking this stuff for years and I love it. Can be bought from most organic grocers now, or online from such companies as Guayaki.

You need sub 30g-50g carbs to keto it up. Full throttle is ~58g of carbs (sugar!) before you even eat food for the day.

I think moderation is the key, honestly when it comes to lemonade. Make a healthier version with real lemons and some honey for sweetness for when they want a lemonade treat, but not for them to drink at all times. Water will be their best... (more)
