Is POM Wonderful (100% pomegranate juice) ok to drink on the Paleo diet?

i'd say it's okay to drink if you are low on carbs one day and need a little more or you are in a pinch and don't have access to any fresh foods or meat. so really, a once in a while thing. if i drink juice, i prepare it myself.

I would consider it to be technically paleo since it has no additives, etc, but I would go easy on it like dried fruit--concentration of sugar.

POM is pretty much a prepared food too easy to over consume.

You can easily drink the juice of 2 or 3 poms....can you eat 2 or 3 poms?

imo store bought (or any) fruit juice is not very paleo

Sure, just don't drink a gallon at a time - it is after all a source of sugar with as much sugar as soda. Better yet eat the actual pomagranite when it's in season.
