Although most food banks actually have the biggest need during the summer when kids are home from school and not getting free/reduced breakfasts and lunches at school, we are coming up on food drive season (at least here in the U.S.). I've often... (more)

Imagine you're the parent of a kid or two. You're not starving, but having a hard time making ends meet, so you go to a food bank. You get a choice of 4 cans of plain tuna or one can of premium tuna. Which do you choose? Donate that.

Great observation. Grok didn't live an environment filled with so many consumer goods, but it is still in our genes. Part of the Paleo/Primal exercise plan is to do a lot of walking around outdoors, preferably not over-dressed so that one can... (more)

Apologies for the length. Long time lurker, first time post. I am a 22 year old female, and I have been paleo for a year. I have been in a very long relationship with my excruciatingly gorgeous boyfriend, yet I have for the past few months had... (more)

Being an ex-wrestler myself I wish I had followed this formula for eating when I was in college. Ah well, better late than never. I don't see why you would crash at all. I'm not as active as I once was so about 5-6 eggs, a pound of fatty meat,... (more)

The amount of sex I'm having has definitely decreased. (overweight 45yo male). It's not a performance issue. If I get bored I can visit some salacious web sites and I can get very aroused. But my wife of 16 sixteen years has not seen much action... (more)
