nothing wrong with coffee as long as you have it on a full stomach w/ plenty of sugar and cream....pain killers on the other hand i would avoid...take aspirin w/ vitamin K if you want

Yes, it's true. Some proteins break down into morphine-like metabolites if your digestion sucks or if you eat too much of X protein. Gluten is another such protein.

Turmeric + black pepper and I drink lots of home made bone broth - this seems do do great things for me and my family re inflammation. The pepper increases the effectiveness of the Turmeric greatly.

Let's not forget Trichotillomania... Meth-Face!!! I love Adderall as a nootropic, but it's too easy for me to chase the euphoria beyond a useful dose. Then I end up crashing HARD. So, that's more support for the addiction problem. (more)

Use the drug of choice that you find the most effective. You minimize your dose that way. APAP (Tylenol) is pretty hard on your liver as others have pointed out. Ibuprofen/Naproxen is hard on your digestive tract. Asparin can be hard on your... (more)
