Another trick if you're pan frying is to throw some water in with the plantains. I usualy throw in about 1/4 cup with a whole plantain and it keeps them moist throughout the cooking process.

I'm another one with chronic daily migraine and fibromyalgia. I find low carbing really helps my fibro pain but not the migraines unfortunately.

I drink at-least 8 cups of water a day. I decreased my fiber cause I was eating way too much, but still hard and dry and ball like and I have to force. I just came off an oxy powder cleanse where my poop was grainy. I just dunno. (more)

From my reading, oxidized cholesterol levels in milk powders measured during the last decade or two have been quite low, we're talking a couple of micrograms per gram at most. Nothing I would personally worry too much about.

I find that if I de-bone the chicken breasts and fry/bake them with coconut oil and whatever seasoning strikes my fancy, they turn out great. The trick is to not leave them in the oven (or whatever method you're cooking them with) too long.

The dryness comes from partially the lacto Paleo but your hair can maintain a less dry appearance and feel. By going that long between shampoos does not resolve the issue obviously because your hair is attracting pollutants. Using warm water alone... (more)
