I guess is because once you don't eat too much carbs, you lose water from the muscles at the beginning. I think you should drink more water. But i'm not an expert, sorry.

love the last answer. For dry skin I apply cocunut oil topically. Just plain oil them get in my bath robe or pajamas and give it time to soak in. Can try beets for constipation. Always work well in my house

Anemia makes you pale and grey. Common with vegetarians. I'm not surprised you're more rosy now that you're eating more meat.

I'd wager it's from the linoleic acid (that gets converted to AA in the body) in the flax oil. Taking fish oil and eating lots of fish will give you AA but also EPA that can interfere with AA metabolism. So, you could try eating some more liver.... (more)

Oh dear. I would suggest drinking plenty of water, and staying strictly away from dairy/gluten, and watching your O6:O3 balance (try to reduce some of the inflammation). I would more strongly suggest seeing a doctor. (more)
