Paleo done right will give you a better base level of feeling good. However I am not sure it will cure allergies. There are many other benifits that Paleo gives that it is well worth it. For pollen change your pillow case every day. Dustmites... (more)

You may need to wrap your mattress as well. Depending on the matress type.
