Taking it with quality probiotics and fermented foods should help you out. Seems to have helped clear up some of my issues. But do read that thread as well as other sources.

i have tried terramin clay for my digestive problems, but i never noticed any benefits from it. it also didn't hurt either. just had a placebo effect. it does have a lot of minerals though so it might be good to take it anyways.

You have to be careful not to create or exacerbate a copper deficiency as a result of supplementation. Simply having a zinc deficiency doesn't mean that you can't also be deficient in copper. If you're going to supplement, I'd recommend about 15mg... (more)
