Taking it with quality probiotics and fermented foods should help you out. Seems to have helped clear up some of my issues. But do read that thread as well as other sources.

I agree that you should be sure that you don't have some kind of parasite or something in the gut BEFORE you just go with the blanket diagnosis of dysbiosis. I would get a comprehensive stool test, possibly through metametrix. That will show not... (more)

Are you eating organ meats, seafood & cheese? They can really pick up the slack, micronutrient-wise. Kombucha? Raw goat milk kefir, if you can tolerate dairy. I have FODMAPS-intolerance, but I can eat spinach & potatoes with no problem. (more)

Have you looked into histamine intolerance? I'm dealing with the exact same issue and it can really ruin your life. If I don't eat, I'm fine, just hungry. But if I eat anything protein within half an hour I feel brain dead and have heavy limbs.... (more)

i have tried terramin clay for my digestive problems, but i never noticed any benefits from it. it also didn't hurt either. just had a placebo effect. it does have a lot of minerals though so it might be good to take it anyways.
