I usually eat a hard boiled egg in the morning before a workout. I boil a couple in advance so I can have a quick and easy snack i n the morning. It may work for you!
So I'm always hungry I eat constantly but I still get tummy rumbles I'm only about 7 weeks do I have to eat if I have the rumbles?
Could there be a benefit to early rising? I don't start school until late August so I have been waking up at 11:30-12 ish everyday. What do you champions think?
