I usually eat a hard boiled egg in the morning before a workout. I boil a couple in advance so I can have a quick and easy snack i n the morning. It may work for you!

there is a brief drop in body temperature that naturally occurs in the afternoon. this could be interpretted as a sign that we are suppose to nap; or at least we are enabled to nap.
