Earthing is likely woo nonsense. Yeah, it might be bugs, it might be pesticides on the gress, it might be weed killer you're reacting to.

Investigate natural latex. It's made from rubber trees without any chemicals (unlike the tempurpedic foam), and it's delightful to sleep on. I find that I toss and turn much less, so I wake up more rested. It's not cheap, but it lasts much longer... (more)

It is very paleo to go outside and walk barefoot on the beach or in grass. However plugging things in to a ground plug is not a good idea as not all homes are wired correctly. My vote would be to go outside and have fun instead of stay inside... (more)
