I'm guessing eating lots of meat, but what would be the easiest way to cook it?I know that the easiest way to cook vegetables is steaming, but what about meat?

High protein is a waste. Sufficient protein is better. If you want to stay low carb then do high fat. Easy to do... Couple tbsp of olive oil plus lots of veggies with each meal.

What about eggs benedict served over steaks rather than english muffins. You can serve it with grilled vegetables and roasted sweet potatoes.

I'll just throw some meat n veggies in a slow cooker at night, add some gelatin in the morning and BOOM, super easy awesome food. Cook time is 8 hours but prep time is <15 minutes. If you don't have 15 minutes a day you're kidding yourself. (more)

Do you think it's safe to eat eggs over easy? My 2 year old loves 'dippy' eggs, but I'm concerned about salmonella. I've tried googling, but I find so much of the information is contradictory. Anyone know any reliable sources on the subject?

Paleo pancakes!!! 1 cup almond flour, 2 eggs, Some almond milk, 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon , 1/8 tablespoon vanilla extract, Mix it all together and fry small pancakes, then eat them with some 100% pure maple syrup. Yummy!!!!

Is there a Sam's club or COSTCO near you? How about Walmart? You can Paleo very well on fattier, often cheaper cuts of meat. Heavy cream and a quality oil should not be too costly. Eggs should be cheap? Offal should be cheap too. Get together... (more)
